Refund policy

we do not accept or exchange, unless the item you received is damaged. if you wish to return a damaged item, please follow the steps below:

 after your request has  been approved, we will respond back and replace your damaged item with new one. the product must be received UNWORN and in their original packaging 

Kindly note that we do not offer a home try-on service. items cannot be delivered for fitting before purchase.
